Account Creation: To participate online store ,customers must create an account. As a welcome bonus, points will be awarded immediately upon successful registration.
Points earned are automatically defined in the customer’s account upon completion of the transaction.
Platform Restriction: Points earned from physical store purchases can only be used in physical stores. Points earned from online purchases can only be used for online shopping. Points are non-transferable between platforms.
Tracking Your Points:
- in-store purchases, point details will be appear at the cashier
- For online purchases, you can track your balance via the Loyalty Program widget from your Profile section.
Exchange Procedures: Points earned are preserved during color and size exchanges (same product).
In the event of an exchange for a different product, the points earned from the original transaction will be canceled.
