About Us
Founded in Ankara in 1991, Kayatürk Group began its retail journey in 1995 by entering professional retailing. In 1998, it accelerated its growth with the opening of its first large store in Kızılay, Ankara, offering products from numerous brands and launching "Kimlik" stores, a physical marketplace model.
By 2000, Kayatürk Group had reached a total of 10 branches in key locations across Ankara. In 2002, it continued its national expansion by opening its first out-of-town store in Malatya. In 2004, the number of its ID stores increased to 40, offering a wide range of products in women's, men's, and children's clothing, accessories, and footwear. During the same period, it increased its export activities and began offering retail services in Iraq under the name "Maximall."
Kayatürk Group expanded its retail investments by launching the 20,000-square-meter NCity Shopping Mall in Kocaeli in 2006. It then opened a second NCity Shopping Mall branch in Diyarbakır. By 2008, it had reached a total of 80 stores, 40 domestically and 40 internationally. In 2012, it established a 10,000-square-meter logistics center in Yenimahalle, Ankara, streamlining its operations and accelerating its export activities. In 2013, it entered the top 500 of Turkey's largest exporters.
As of 2020, Kayatürk Group made significant investments in Turkey and increased its number of stores. It embarked on a digital transformation process by launching e-commerce sales. In 2022, it launched a 50,000-square-meter smart warehouse system, optimizing its retail operations with the latest technologies. In 2023, it continued its international growth by granting franchises in countries such as Qatar, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Libya. That same year, it launched the 30,000-square-meter NCity Shopping Mall project in Kazakhstan. In 2024, it increased its production capacity by establishing a 50,000-square-meter textile workshop in Mardin. By 2025, Paulmark, which operates in various provinces across Turkey, had more than 100 physical stores nationwide.

Once available at IDENTITY Stores, operating under the Kayatürk Group umbrella, Paulmark became an independent brand due to strong customer interest and demand. Combining elegance and functionality in women's, men's, and children's clothing, Paulmark gained its own identity in 2021 with the transformation of its IDENTITY stores across Turkey.
